Raj Mittu is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of ESCgov, a premier next-generation federal systems integrator. Under his leadership, ESCgov has grown its client base to include federal customers from the Department of Defense, various Intelligence Agencies, Civilian Agencies and numerous Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Mittu co-founded ESCcapital in part to fill a growing need for financing federal utility-computing contracts. Mr. Mittu graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering.

Mr. Speers is a graduate of UCLA (BA 1986) and Cornell University (MBA 1991) and was a Vice President at Northrop Grumman prior to joining ESCgov.
